Last Wednesday, ********, I dialed **** to add phone time to my Safelink phone, and was transferred to a customer service person. I asked for the $** unlimited talk, text, and whatever amount of data that gives, and the customer service person said he could do that for me. I used my debit card, and the total cost, with tax, was $**.**, which was debited from my bank account. I never received a text message confirming my phone time was applied, but the phone was able to call and text. Today the phone will not make calls or text. I dialed **** to contact Safelink, butI got a message saying Verizon was unable to complete the call and to call my carrier's *-*** number directly. I called the Safelink Customer Service *-*** number, but again got a message saying Verizon was transferring me to an external line where I could purchase a PIN card or make a collect call. It said I was "roaming" and needed to buy an American roaming pin card. It seems that the customer service person at Tracphone didn't renew my Safelink service plan, and now there is no way to contact them or even add another service card pin, not that I should have to. I need my Safelink service restored and for the unlimited time I bought on Wednesday to be applied.
GetHuman-samelmil did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
