To whom it may concern. I have recently aquired a phone through your lifeline program. I have recieved a SIM card but I have not recieved my phone. I assuming that we had sum type of miscomunication. When asked if I had a phone I had said yes but that was about a year ago (which I no longer have), and from my understanding I should be eligable to recieve one every year, free of charge. I am truly sorry for an inconvenience and misuderstanding, that have occured, and I would really appreciate a response as soon as possible, due to the fact I have recently submitted a few resumes of empolyment and waiting for a response.
