I have been using a ZTE model *Z***T smartphone with my safelink service. Had to reset phone and erase personal data in order to free up memory for security update. Could no longer use data. Attempted to re-enter APN info and was able to use data again temporarily. Now my phone does not work at all. When I attempt to make a call or send a text, I receive a message: Not registered on network. *Is there something you can do to re-activate my phone from your end? If not, can you send me a free replacement (non-smartphone) phone because I do not have funds to purchase another phone at this time? Phone number is : (***) ***-*****I do not have access to another phone to call Safelink at this time.**Thank you*Mary Boyer
