I was trying to report that my phone was not recharging and customer service was continously telling me to recharge the phone and call them back. ... I just recently received a replacement phone. This phone worked good until I recharged it. I find then phone does not charge. I am trying to get customer service to issue a return of this phone to see what is wrong with it. They keep telling me to test the phone with the same results. So I would like to return the phone and close my account.
They could make this right by sending me a box to return the faulty phone and closing my account.
I have called the Safelink customer service a few times but they did not listen to my claims and was repeated telling me to recharge a phone that does not charge. So, close my account and I can return the phone.
