My boyfriend list his phone & we called to deactivate the last phone he used with safteilink before upgrading to an iPhone. We were told they would have to send a SIM card because the phone wouldn’t work with them. He had used the phone & SIM card for several months but we let that go. It was going to be * to * days before he would get the SIM card from them & have service. We bought a new phone & the tracfone bring your own phone SIM card & called to have it turned on. We were told his number had been cancelled & he’d have to get another one. I told them that was unacceptable & I needed a manager. Then I was told he was getting his old number. After waiting ** minutes on the phone we were told the phone would come on. It never has & it’s been *** a day. When we call now it says his ticket is pending approval & to check back. We can’t talk to anyone & cant get the phone activated. Please help. The number is ***-***-****.
