Ryanair Flight FR****, Malta to Edinburgh on **.**.**** was delayed and we applied for compensation. **.**.****, email from R*air confirming that we were due compensation of £***.** each, total of £***.**. Travel vouchers were also available for * years, however if you wanted a cash refund you were to request it. I did that on **.**.**** and despite numerous telephone calls & emails, after ** months we are still awaiting our compensation which they confirmed right from the start we we entitled to. The travel vouchers are no longer available therefore they must have been withdrawn when I requested the payment of £***.**. This has become a very annoying and totally avoidable situation. R*air state when you send a email and they provide a ref*no’ that their customer services team will be in touch. Ryanair customer service as far as I am concerned is non existent, deplorable and disgraceful.
