The issue in GetHuman-pastron's own words
On ********** Ryanair confirmed I was eligable for a refund of my cancelled flight. After waiting a month I chased the refund up with an email. On Dec. *, **** I received an email in which it was stated that the cheque had been processed and it would take about ** working days for me to receive it. It is now Feb. **, **** and I have still not received the cheque. I've sent several emails requesting more information but get no reply at all and it seems impossible to talk to anybody at Ryanair by phone. This is extremely frustrating. I have a claim reference number.
