I've rang and emailed a number of times about my refund and I still not received it as I was told it was gunna take ** days to receive my cheque and I still not received nothing I was ment to fly out from Manchester Airport on the *th November **** but due to the covid issues and you cancelled my flight back I couldn't go now I am getting really fed up chasing this money after I've filled in all documents and sent information you required. *So I like a straight answer where is my cheque to what you own me
