The issue in GetHuman-msmetta's own words
I was trying to have a reimbursement*voucher for two flights I'm forced to not use because of Italian rules about Covid-** that established that any national travel is prohibited. ... I reserved two flights (DBTHMX and GD*Q*E) BARI-Venice A*R. Because of Covid** rules established by Italian prime Minister I can't be able to fly. I asked for a voucher since December *th ****, with two requests, one for each reservation, I've also attached documents that justified the involuntary impediment to flight (Ryanair customer service Reference: ******* and *******). Since today, I didn't receive any reply. The first flight is for tomorrow, *rd of January ****. Please confirm the voucher for both flights.*ps. I'd already talk to the call centre and they told me that the reimbursement and voucher office still didn't work on the requests. I look forward to your kind reply. This was especially frustrating because the commercial office continues to send me several emails about services for travels, ignoring what the reimbursement and voucher office is doing with my requests. The reimbursement and voucher office never contacted me.
They could make this right by giving me a reimbursement*voucher for both the flights I had reserved and I had payed
I have been a Ryanair customer since **** and I have a Ryanair account since ****.
I tried to contact the reimbursement and voucher office with the online form from onlineform.ryanair.com*it(covid-** and talking with the chat live assistance on the **th of December **** and the **th of December ****, without any results until now.
How GetHuman-msmetta fixed the problem
