I was trying to have a reimbursement*voucher for two flights I'm forced to not use because of Italian rules about Covid-** that established that any national travel is prohibited. ... I reserved two flights (DBTHMX and GD*Q*E) BARI-Venice A*R. Because of Covid** rules established by Italian prime Minister I can't be able to fly. I asked for a voucher since December *th ****, with two requests, one for each reservation, I've also attached documents that justified the involuntary impediment to flight (Ryanair customer service Reference: ******* and *******). Since today, I didn't receive any reply. The first flight is for tomorrow, *rd of January ****. Please confirm the voucher for both flights.*ps. I'd already talk to the call centre and they told me that the reimbursement and voucher office still didn't work on the requests. I look forward to your kind reply.
