We are very distressed my husband and I as we are still waiting for * refunds which Ryanair promised to complete by the beginning of August ****. Ryanair cancelled both of these flights and therefore we then had to book a further flight which was a lot more expensive with a different air line as Ryanair had stopped all flights from Malaga and we were left to fend for ourselves by Ryanair. Ryanair offered us a voucher which we said no to and by law we are entitled to a cash refund.*Booking references for the flights are as follows*QYHCMH and DE*CHB*We are still awaiting our cash refund to this day and would appreciate immediate response as my husband has been in contact many times over this matter.
