I used live chats but it took * attempts* one adviser told me she had sorted the problem. Wrong! I got cut off from another adviser as you feel rushed being prompted after taking longer than * minutes to reply and the third adviser gave us the answer which wasn't the answer I wanted! Other customers should not bother trying to transfer the money from one flight to another as the cost is extortionate* £** per person per flight. Just say goodbye to your money! It's cheaper to book a new flight!
