I am angry, I have tried to speak to Ryanair customer service on Thursday evening for * hours, yesterday Friday for * hours during the day and also at night time and today Saturday for * hours this morning and still cannot get through to them, * of us in one family should be flying from Edinburgh on **th July Flight FR**** and returning from Lanzarote on **th of July, unfortunately we are the only country that still needs to quarantine when we arrive back into Scotland, it is impossible for us to fly now as our employers will not accept us being off work for another two weeks on return, we could lose our jobs, I am asking if we could change our flights to July next year in ****.**We booked our flights last November and were so looking forward to our time away my two grandsons are so upset they are not getting their holiday, as this Covid** Virus is not our fault we feel Ryanair could change our flights to help us get a holiday
