This morning was the WORST experience I ever received on any airline. And I am a frequent traveler. I decided to go with RYANAIR for convenience. But I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I have been trying to check in online for * days now! I reached as far as step * and when I placed my credit card information in it did not go through (keep in mind this is the same credit card used at the airport). I went EARLY to the airport to try to resolve this issue to avoid the penalty. I tried explaining myself to the cashier at RYANAIR and all she is saying is that I have to pay I have to pay. What?! This is not proper customer service, hear me out please. No one should no sort of compassion or try to understand where I am coming from. It seems as RYANAIR is all about making MONEY and don’t care about the customers but please remember without CUSTOMERS there is no revenue. A little customer service would have been appreciated with some kinda of compassion. ** Euros is a lot of money to spend just because I didn’t check in online, it’s not like I did it on purpose. It’s my first time flying with the airline cut me some slack and understand be so MAYBE I can book again. Happy customers return. I am certainly not happy. The ladies at the desk that collect the bags and check passports where nice and at least tried to understand me. Oh plus I had to pay another * euros for my priority so I can carry my * travel on bag! Come on you are robbing me. Does Ryanair care about the customers or just getting money in their pockets every little chance they get? Then I was tossed to the last seat at the back of the plane! Even if it was said that I would have to pay half of ** I would have still been upset but I would understand and respect that as RYANAIR trying and have some level of customer service. I need to be compensated in some way shape or form please. I never expected this from RYANAIR NEVER. Wow
