Yesterday morning, I mistakenly booked flights for the wrong dates. I contacted your customer service by phone within an hour to rectify the error. After some confusion, I resolved the issue and attempted to change the flight dates online. Unfortunately, the changes did not go through correctly, and the flights reverted to the original ones. I was shocked to discover fees had been incurred. I believe my multiple phone calls immediately after booking demonstrate my attempt to correct the error within the 24-hour window. I kindly request that you waive the fees as I was within the allotted time frame for changes. I look forward to your response. Thank you. Sincerely, Priscilla.

During my week-long stay in Italy, my friend and I encountered an issue with a Flixbus transfer from Florence to Padua en route to Milan Bergamont Airport. Due to the early departure of the connecting bus in Padua, we missed it as we arrived a bit late due to the cold and confusing stop location. Unfortunately, this caused us to miss our scheduled flight to Sofia, Bulgaria the next day. I am unable to make international calls and face difficulty modifying my flight details on the Ryanair app. I hope to change my flight to a 10:30 departure from Milan to Dublin, my destination, most likely at the airport upon my arrival.

I rented a car through Ryanair, and upon arriving at Varna Airport, I was informed that the car was assigned to someone else. I had already paid an upfront cost of £44. Despite visiting the designated pickup location, there was no resolution. Ryanair customer service was of no assistance, and one representative abruptly disconnected the call. This whole situation is unacceptable. If this matter remains unresolved, I will escalate it legally.

My friend, O.S., flew to Kiev on Monday with booking reference X2ZEQI. Unfortunately, her bag was left behind, but airport staff assured us it would be on the next flight. However, upon arrival, the bag did not arrive and we were asked for a baggage tag, which we were not given during check-in. The bag is small and red. We were instructed that Ryanair staff would contact us when the bag arrived. If you need to reach me, my number is [redacted]7. O.S.'s contact number is +[redacted] 50 [redacted]. I hope to hear from you soon.

My brother was hospitalized due to loss of eyesight and suspected brain metastasis from cancer. His cancer has progressed, and his family urgently needs my support. I am concerned about possible complications and want to reschedule my flight on RYANAIR with REF: V2LLHV FR1894 departing Athens-Aqaba on December 20, [redacted] at [redacted] and returning on December 30, [redacted]. I would like to move these flights to the Easter period in April [redacted], but the online application does not include this option. I am unable to cancel the booking online and need assistance.

I booked the incorrect flight time and I am requesting a refund for my flight. My friends and I are traveling from Dublin to Rome together. Despite my efforts, I booked a flight earlier than theirs, which leaves me separated from the group. As a young female college student traveling abroad, I feel uneasy traveling solo and wish to be on the same flight as my friends. I have already purchased the correct flight and seek a refund for the mistaken one. It has not been 24 hours since the booking (made just a few hours ago). I noticed on your website that you offer refunds for flights booked within this timeframe. I made my reservation through kiwi.com, and the booking involves two separate connecting flights. The initial flight departs from Dublin on March 15 at 6:35 AM, arriving at London STN at 7:55 AM. The subsequent flight departs STN at 1:20 PM and lands in Rome CIA at 4:45 PM. My kiwi booking number is #[redacted]9. Traveling alone in an unfamiliar country is concerning for me, hence I hope you grant my refund request for my safety and financial ability to travel with my group. Thank you.

Hello, I need to travel with my family on December 27th to Bremen. There are 4 of us - my children and I hold Italian citizenship, while my wife is awaiting her Italian citizenship but has a valid unlimited residence permit and all necessary Italian documents. The only issue is her expired Albanian passport. I'm seeking assistance to travel to Bremen so we don't spoil our vacation with my children.

Dear Sirs, Over the weekend from the 13th to the 16th of December, my son treated my husband and me to a visit to Frankfurt, Germany, where he currently resides. The outgoing flight proceeded smoothly without any issues. However, upon our return, we encountered a significant problem at the airport due to misinformation provided by one of your employees. Despite arriving with ample time, we were directed to the wrong gate, causing us to miss our flight. This mistake resulted in us having to purchase new tickets for the following day, incurring unexpected expenses totaling €[redacted] for the flight, a €[redacted] cab fare, and £50 to extend airport parking. I believe we were misled by the inaccurate information given to us by your staff. I still possess both luggage tickets, and I suggest that employees refrain from writing gate numbers on them to prevent further confusion. Furthermore, I am requesting at least a refund for the cost of the flight ticket, considering the circumstances that led to this inconvenience.

I arrived in Barcelona El Prat on December 24, [redacted], from Malta with a connection flight from Rome, flight FR7592. My luggage did not arrive with me, despite filing an irregularity report and being assured it would come on the next available flight on December 26. Despite trying to contact the baggage claim department at the airport, I have not received any useful information since then. On December 27, I received an email stating my bag would arrive on flight FR7060/FCO that day, and the suitcase was prepared for collection on December 28 from 08:30 am onward. However, the airport could not provide further details except that my bag was with the courier service SERPA, which I have been unable to reach. I have now spent six days in Barcelona without my clothes and gifts during Christmas time. With my departure on January 2 approaching, I desperately need my luggage back. I am unsure what steps to take next. Best Regards, Shellann Allison B. Mobile: [redacted] Email: [redacted]

I have three different reservations with the same flights but mistakenly put my name twice instead of my friend's name. The reservations are as follows: 1. Reservation DYS6XX 2. Reservation N6NMXZ 3. Reservation F2GYTF. I need to correct this error as I cannot have two seats in my name for the same flights. The correct name for the flights should be my friend Paolo Giorno. Thank you for your help. Nicolas Email: [redacted]

I would like to know the baggage allowance for my upcoming flight from Manchester to Lisbon on January 8th under reservation number ICKVQE, Ref: [redacted]. I paid to include a suitcase and want to ensure I have the correct allowance. I reviewed the information on your website but could not confirm my baggage allowance. Can you please clarify how many kilos I can bring in the cabin and how much hold luggage I am entitled to? Thank you. Best regards,

My son flew from Barcelona last night with booking reference RZL52Y. He's 16, nearly 17, and has flown alone multiple times without any issues. Despite having his passport and filling out the advance passenger details, he was stopped by the guardia civil for lacking an authorization document we were unaware of. After my email authorization, they allowed him to proceed. Unfortunately, at the boarding gate, Ryanair staff denied him boarding, even after the guardia civil confirmed. This requirement was not communicated in any of Ryanair's information provided to customers. Now, we had to find him accommodation in Barcelona and book a new flight, causing significant inconvenience for a lone 16-year-old. As neither parent was in Barcelona, it's been challenging to get the necessary document to him and arrange a new flight. This unexpected expense and trouble are a result of an undisclosed Ryanair policy, creating confusion and financial strain on our end.

Hello, my name is Jacqueline Kelly. I booked a holiday with Love Holidays on Sunday, January 12th. I received an email with my flight booking ID LV56VB. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with my partner's first name on the booking. His correct name is Michael O'Donnell, but the documents show "O'Donnell O'Donnell." I have contacted customer service through live chat and sent them my partner's photo ID. Despite reaching out on Monday, the 13th, and making follow-up calls, I have not received a response yet. Our flight is scheduled to depart from Leeds Bradford Airport on March 31st at 18:20, arriving in Faro at 21:15, with flight number FR2503. The return flight is on Tuesday, April 7th, departing from Faro at 14:55 and landing in Leeds Bradford at 17:55, with flight number FR2504. I am concerned about potential charges due to this error, and I hope to resolve it promptly. Kind regards, Jacqueline Kelly

I believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding my situation. My Cuban wife, who holds an Article 10 Spanish Residency Card and presented our Marriage Certificate, was wrongly denied boarding our flight as she was told she needed a visa. However, based on information from the UK Government and the Spanish Ministry of Interior, her residency card allows her to travel in Europe without a visa. Despite numerous emails to Ryanair explaining this, they have not rectified their error. This mistake caused immense stress as it prevented us from visiting my terminally ill friend in Cuba before he passed away. Unfortunately, we were unable to see him before his passing on December 7th due to this issue. The incident occurred during our journey from Alicante to Newquay on November 7th, [redacted]. We are currently in Cuba and will be returning to Spain on March 24th.

Hello, I purchased travel insurance with a flight for myself and my wife on December 31, [redacted], with reference E42GQP. I requested a refund for the insurance within the 14-day cooling off period by emailing the correct address listed on the policy documents on January 11, [redacted]. I provided all the necessary information. The policy indicates that refunds are to be processed within 7 working days, but I have not received any updates. I received an automated email confirming my refund request with a promise of processing within 14 working days. Unfortunately, after this extended period, I have not heard anything further. I even inquired about the complaints procedure but only received another automated email. Can someone assist me with this issue? Thank you, Kevin N.

I'm unable to change my flight dates. When I select a new date, the confirm button remains greyed out and inactive. I've attempted to make the change using Safari on my tablet and iPhone, as well as Chrome on my Windows computer, but I encounter the same issue. I've tried contacting customer service by calling six different numbers to no avail. Additionally, the chat feature has not provided a response. I do not have a flexible ticket, and I'm wondering if this is why I cannot modify my travel dates. It would have been helpful if this limitation was mentioned upfront rather than allowing me to go through the process only to find the continue button disabled. 🤷‍♀️

I made an online booking for Priority baggage for two, but was informed it was sold out and changed to two checked bags. The confirmation shows charges for 2x priority bags and 2x checked bags. The total was deducted from my account. I tried to cancel the 2x checked bags priced at £48 but couldn't do so. I need assistance in canceling the checked bags and receiving a refund of £48. Kindly get in touch with me promptly. Thank you. Email: [redacted]

I have been trying to find a solution for a week now, and every time I email them, I get a different response. It concerns reservation A7UJ8N. My wife is flying with her friend, Ms. K. Kogler-Kleinschuster and Ms. Elke Dobnig. Mrs. Elke Dobnig still has her maiden name Bäck in her passport, and I want to know if this is a problem. I have already checked in both of them and sent all documents, such as the marriage certificate and passport, to [redacted], and each time I receive different answers. The flight is the day after tomorrow, and it's time for someone to take care of this.

Yesterday, I was flying to Athens, and had a distressing experience with the staff. They were very rude and did not allow me and my disabled son to board the flight. My son became sick and vomited at the boarding gate due to the staff's behavior. I was also feeling unwell. Despite everyone queuing to board, the staff member was uncooperative. I kindly request that action be taken against this staff member. The flight number was R11 to Athens on February 13th, boarding at 18:10. My contact number is [redacted]8. I was traveling with my 8-year-old disabled son.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to request a change to the plane tickets I purchased from your company for a flight from Athens to Catania on February 29, [redacted]. My booking reference is 1293QV. As a loyal customer who frequently travels for teaching seminars, I recently had to cancel my trip to Italy due to the spread of the Coronavirus. Despite reaching out to your company to change my tickets for a future journey, my request was denied, resulting in a loss of funds when I canceled the flight. Interestingly, a friend who booked tickets for the same dates with Aegean Airlines was given the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund. I am confident that you will address this situation promptly by either refunding the cost of my tickets or allowing me to use them for a future trip in the near future. During these challenging times marked by a health crisis, I believe it is essential for your company to demonstrate compassion and fair treatment towards customers. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding, and I trust that you will resolve this matter satisfactorily. Sincerely, Konstandinos Exarchopoulos
