Hello Ryanair Customer Service, (Please forward this message to the right people).**Me and my friend, we have rented a car from Goldcar at the Gran Canaria's airport from February * to ** – ****.**We arranged reservation for it with the Ryanair and had its confirmation. This was our first trip to the Gran Canaria. After landing we went straight to a Goldcar counter where we were told to go to Goldcar's another office at the airport because their counter's computers were down. After finding this other Goldcar's office we were told there, that now, the first office's computer works, and they order us to go back to it. There in meantime has formed a long queues*line and we were wearing that the place were we supposed to pick up our apartment keys gets closed for the night.**Finally we got to talk to one of the Goldcar's employee who tried to hassled us for more than promised on our Goldcar's reservation and we posted another €**** security. Then we asked wether our rented Citroen C* has GPS.? The y told as that it does not* and had offered us one attachable GPS for €**. However, after trying it in the car, that GPS did not work and we have to go back to the office from the car and return it.**Late at night with a lot of troubles we checked in to our vacation's apartment. Next day we found out that our Citroen C* is equipped with excellent factory GPS.**Early morning on February ** – **** we returned the unscathed Goldcar's Citroen C* with a full tank of diesel, and throw the car-key into a box.at by the Goldcar's garage rent-a-car office.. Thereafter I received a two charges on my credit card to the tune of up, €***.**It is impossible to contact by email your Grand Canaria office through email and if I request an invoice at your website, I get the error message that, my email is wrong.**Meanwhile I get an email from the Ryanair to rate my customer satisfaction with the Goldcar.**I'd like to know, what's going out? Can someone realy help me?**Regards,**Julita Szpilewska-Pilic**PS And U have a chutzpah to send me all year long invitations to fly again with Ryanair? Hotels, GOLDENCAR rant-a-car etc.*BBC makes jokes all the time, "Ryanair No.* airline? ha, ha, ha ...!!!" What means that you must shift a lot of flyers....
