On November *, I booked a flight from London Stansted to Berlin Schonefeld departing on November **, flight FR****. I attempted to retrieve the flight to check in before departure, and it was not retrievable, either on the website or on the app. I then believed that I didn't have a seat on the plane, and so I paid for a new seat on the same flight. When I got to the airport I asked an agent to look up my list of flights, and she saw * my name on two tickets for the same flight. I paid for both tickets with Chase Visa, one ticket was $**.**, the other was over *** British pounds.
GetHuman-awsfair did not yet indicate what Ryanair should do to make this right.
