On sept * I booked a car through Ryan air to pick up in Frankfurt Hahn on sept *. The car was to be a budget* Avis car. I returned the car on sept**. I received a visa bill from Ryan air for $***.** for the car but also received a bill from Avis for $ ***.** for the same car. I ordered the car through Ryanair and do not understand why I am being double billed for this car. Please help in resolving this issue.
