Help with my Ryanair issue

Hi,*My queries is damaged luggage. My booking refno. S*D*WN and flight (FR****) was on ********** came from Palma to Bournemouth, where my luggage was damaged so we been told to report straight away so we did. we filled up claim form there and asked to email *****@***.com stating with damage luggage ref no( STNFR*****) and my address . But reply came like this:Thank you for your email regarding your damaged luggage.Unfortunately, we cannot locate your order on our system, so we are not able to proceed with your claim at this point*You will need to contact Ryanair directly to ask them to send your file through to us here at Antler. Once Ryanair have sent your order reference file to us we will then be able to send your replacement suitcase. so I called ryanair but unfortunately i couldn't get help from them. some of the staffs were so rude and hung up my phone. one of the staff asked me to fill claim form through website again. As I did but It didn't accept my claim form because it is more than * days. They're not able to proceed with my claim i don't know I am so confused and disappointed. Hope you help me.**Luvna
