Hello,**I'm contacting* you in regards with Ryanair flight FR*** BUD - NUe from date **.**.****, that has been delayed with more than *hours departing and arrival as well. Conform with EU Regulation *** and detail found on Ryanair website I'm entitled for refund. For this to proof I have available(wanted to attach if option available) two pics from two different air-flights tracking sites, Aeroportia & Flight Radar **. ***Here are my Ryanair reservation details:*Reservation no. T*P*XN*Passanger: Adriana Nagy**Return: Aug ******Want to mention that Ryanair refund application does not accepting my refund claim request, giving an error notification.
