I travelled back fro Charleroi airport on flight FR**** on the ** July at **.**. I adjust my watch to english time. Then placed it in the zipped pocket of my hand luggage. The luggage was tagged as I went through the boarding gate and was taken from me as I boarded the plane. On returning home and unpacking the case I found the the watch was there but had lost the interchangeable silver bezel. It was a Gucci watch valued at approximately £***. Although the other bezels can still be used I do not like them as much as the silver one which I usually use. I have looked at replacing the missing bezel but they seem to be no longer available. Please log this as a missing item and confirm receipt of this correspondence asap. Can I claim for the item on your insurance?
