I submitted a compensation claim on ** May, I received an acknowledgement (TID *******)*The claim concerned cancelled flights ref H*LBWK and the replacement flights we had to book, ref DZ**GG as well as sundry taxi and meal costs. I have received no other contact from Ryan air regarding my claim. I did go on to live chat some weeks ago, but the agent told me it could take ** days and was unable to give me any other status update. Please let me know when my claim will be settled
