We have booked paid for and checked in a flight from LBA to TFS ** June returning ** June. We have booked paid for seats and one **kg bag. We have printed out the boarding cards. We have read and re read the baggage policy and think we are entitled to take a **kg bag with us which will be put into the hold free of charge as well as our **kg bag which we have paid for. Please clarify for us, is this correct or have we misinterpreted your policy? We have been told so many different stories by other people. Thank you.
