Log in to Yahoo, and in the upper right corner select your name/ID. Choose the option for Account Info, then select either Personal Info or Preferences, depending on the info you wish to update.

I have been trying since ******* to change*update the physical address, e-mail & telephone number associated with card * **** **** **** **** (card lost *stolen)... I was unable to update info on account online due to unable to access e-mail (LLS*****@***.com or the phone number ***-------no longer have access to either). I have no driver's license, social security card, insurance card or any form of ID except an old copy of a driver's license. Documents sent in to verify myself included copy of driver's license from phone, medicare card and a piece of mail dated within the last ** days...long story short the driver's license not legible but medicare card and piece of mail accepted... I spoke with a supervisor who said I could go to social security and get receipt showing I applied for a new card and fax this in because I have no driver's license... All documents now accepted & approved... I'm in need of my funds because this is my disability I receive and depend on every month!!!
