I just called your *** number and had to cheat in order to get to speak to your Representative. Once I explained that I needed something in writing from Rushcard that those two accounts I use to have have not been used in over *-* years. He hung up on me which I felt was totally unprofessional. I try not to have a negative attitude regarding services being proided by overseas employees but there was not one reason he could of not assisted when he had all the information on me. I don't have the cards I threw them away since I wasn't using them and because I had so many problems with Customer Service which still has not been corrected. Please advise me as to how I can obtain a written statement that you can verify the two cards I once held have not been used and provide the dates and sign the written information so that I can provide to the Dept of Social Services to keep my medical coverage in place as a senior. My name is Susan Mitchell, last four digits of social security ****** zipcode *****. I lived in California but there is a possibility I applied for one when in Las Vegas temporarily w*my daughter.
