I used RushCard in **** I actually had * of the one for me, my wife, and a friend because I work out of town and it’s easy to send money. Well I just got out of prison for four years and got the old job back so I got new iPhone with new email, which currently isn’t workin due to a automatic update my phone did last night however it was workin, because I didn’t remember my old one. Phone has new number also. So I needed direct deposit and figured rush card would be my choice so I went online applied for a new card entered my new email, new number, my name, and my social security number, along with new address. Now I’m trying to set up rush card app so I can manage my account but it says account already registered. Now technical support is telling me they can’t make there mistake right and that they see I used new info to apply for new card but they left the old email and old phone number but sent it to my new address. Makes no sense wouldn’t address be more important than phone number and email address customer service says I gotta mail the info in so now I’m * hours from home supposed to see parole tomorrow if I don’t get there I go back to prison and I’m broke because rushcard stole my money
