I have been trying to get a live person to talk to I need to reset my pin because I forgot it. I called over a month ago and the lady told me what to do to update my information and I faxed it in and now I can't get a live person on the phone. It's frustrating that I can't get My OWN money off my card after direct deposit. Your employees saying I have had an account since **** but I just recently started using the rushcard and never had one before. The Email and phone number I have now isn't the same as your automated service tells me is associated with my account. You can either help me update my info so I can reset my pin or you can just close my account. I'm very frustrated when I can't take money from my card. My name is Claretta J. Merrill D.O.B ********** my last * digits of my S.S * is **** my Email address is ClareJ*****@***.com
