I made a purchase at a UK clothing store on December 3, and my order is being handled by Royal Mail for delivery. According to the tracking information, my package arrived at the delivery company in Spain on December 11 with a scheduled home delivery on the same day. However, since then, there have been no updates on the status of my order, and I am unsure of who to reach out to for assistance. I would appreciate any help or guidance you can provide. Thank you. I need help tracking an item sent from China. It was supposed to be delivered to No 6 Court 20 Blake Road, Witham CM8 2QF. The tracking number provided is UT[redacted]24CN, and it landed in Langley on November 14th. The seller suggested contacting Royal Mail for more information about its whereabouts. Flight B7125-BR67 from Nanjing City carried the package.

I am inquiring about tracking number FK[redacted]55GB, which shows an "awaiting update" status since December 12th at 8:10 am when checked on the tracking website. I attempted to reach out via phone at [redacted]0 but was informed of a high volume of calls and directed to the website instead. Contacting Her Majesty the Queen might be quicker than reaching Royal Mail. Spending 15 minutes on hold to hear a recorded message about being busy isn't ideal. I got an email that I'm unsure about. Can someone confirm if it's a scam? The message claims there's missing information for a delivery and prompts me to click a link to correct it. I received a notification stating that there are 2 parcels in the storage box at my residence. However, the only storage box I have is for black bags, which were full and open when I arrived home, possibly due to the wind. I checked my black bags and recycling boxes, but did not find any parcels. These parcels contain 2 iPads, which are meant to be Christmas presents for my children. I am concerned and upset about their whereabouts.

Hi. I have experienced multiple instances where parcels intended for me have been delivered to the wrong address. This has happened several times, and the latest incident involved a parcel being signed for at an unknown address, not mine. I am concerned about the expensive item I have not received and the recurring delivery errors by the company. This issue is making me hesitant to order online due to the uncertainty of receiving my purchases. The mail delivery issues continue at our address. I encountered the postman last Thursday despite my efforts after reaching out to Royal Mail. They provided me with reference number 1-[redacted] and advised me to visit the Post Office in the village. However, the individual there was unable to assist, so I sought out the postman directly. Surprisingly, he mentioned that he does not deliver to our side of the road. Upon mentioning my complaint, he promptly delivered a backlog of 16 letters and two flyers, including crucial correspondence from my husband's consultant following his recent hospital appointment. Our regular post lady, Kaye, has been reassigned, leading to inconsistent mail delivery. The situation is frustrating, as we've even received mail destined for neighbors across the street. I urge for this issue to be resolved promptly, as myself and others in Blakesley Hill are experiencing significant mail delivery lapses.

I was expecting a delivery scheduled for 17/12/19, but I got an email saying it was delivered, which wasn't accurate as I couldn't find it anywhere. After contacting customer service, they initiated an investigation. Surprisingly, on 18/12/19 around 11pm, I heard someone placing an item in my post box, which turned out to be my missing delivery. This made me question if the postman works late or if it was delivered to the wrong address by mistake. It seemed odd that the investigation began, and the package suddenly appeared. I placed an order on Raycon.com that was shipped on December 6th to an An Post hub in the UK for delivery to Ireland, but it hasn't arrived yet. I was advised to reach out to Royal Mail about this issue. I mistakenly provided the wrong AP number for the order, but the name and address are accurate. My item arrived at the local post office and went missing on November 28th. I contacted the manager at Tranent, who was unhelpful. I also reached out to customer service but have not received a response. Hello, Today, I received notification about a parcel from the US being held with you. I was informed I need to pay a customs charge before delivery. When I attempted to pay the charge online using the tracking number provided, there was no option to do so. Instead, the screen said the parcel is being returned to the sender. I was expecting a parcel from Royal Mail on Wed, 18 Dec. The delivery window was between 10:30 and 14:30, but the parcel did not arrive despite me being home all day. There was no delivery notice left. Today, I checked the tracking information, and it stated that delivery was attempted but unsuccessful; it was rescheduled today between 9:32 and 13:32. However, the parcel has not been delivered yet, and once again, I have been waiting all day. I am frustrated by this situation and would appreciate a resolution as this level of service is unacceptable.

I am inquiring about the status of my package return to the sender, Museum Selections. The tracking number for the order is MB[redacted]49GB. Despite being refused by the recipient on Saturday, 14th December, it should have been returned to the sender by Monday for redirection to my correct address. However, as of 4:07 this morning, it is still at the Glasgow Mail Centre. Could the package please be redirected to 33 Manor Terrace, London SE13 5QS to ensure its delivery before Christmas?

Tracking Number: RN[redacted]44GB I am awaiting the departure of my item from NW Midlands Mail Centre to the Royal Mail site. This shipment was sent via International Tracked and Signed on November 30th. The package contains crucial tax information intended for the French Government. Time is of the essence as any delays incur a 10% surcharge. A separate package for a similar procedure was received by December 9th. When contacting customer service, I was informed that occasional lack of scanning at various points may result in the delay. Despite this reassurance, I am still feeling concerned about the status of my package.

I mailed a card containing a £30 voucher to my friend in England, which was sent via signed delivery. However, my friend received an empty card as the money was apparently taken by one of your employees. This money was intended for a child and now they are left with nothing. I am extremely disappointed and wish to file a formal complaint. I have evidence in the form of pictures to support my claim. If I do not receive a prompt response, I will escalate this matter. I made a purchase on December 10th and was informed that the item was shipped on December 11th via second class recorded delivery. It's now December 20th, and I have yet to receive it. I received an email from Royal Mail on December 16th regarding the delivery of my item with tracking number LZ[redacted]78US at 10:26 am, but I never received it. The package, originating from Pure Kana, was handed over to USPS before being processed by Royal Mail at Market Drayton DO for final delivery. However, the item has not reached me. Additionally, on the same day, I received a parcel mistakenly addressed to a Mr. David Tyler at a different location, which I promptly reported to Woore post office for proper handling. I am eager to locate my missing package from December 16th. Thank you.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by our local sorting office at Cheadle Stockport, Cheshire. I have lodged several complaints in the past, yet no improvements have been made. Our mail only gets delivered two to three days a week, and this week, we have not received any mail since Tuesday. The office claims we are at the end of the delivery route on some days and receive overtime delivery on others, but it seems they are simply neglecting our area due to our slightly longer driveway of about 12 meters. As taxpayers, we expect a better service, especially considering the postage paid by senders for our Christmas cards. The lack of consistency and poor service is unacceptable. - Susan H.
