I recently placed an order on the VERY website. The first two items were delivered to my door, but unfortunately, the most expensive item, priced at £[redacted], was left outside in a communal area. This made me quite unhappy as anyone passing by could have taken it. I didn't sign for the parcel either. Despite me requesting my neighbor at number 7 to accept the delivery if I wasn't home, that did not happen, and I was actually home all day. I even have a working doorbell, so there shouldn't have been any issues with delivering the package to me directly.

Despite contacting the clothing company directly, they were unable to assist me with the issue. Hello, I recently made a purchase from China, and according to the tracking information, my package was delivered to an address in North London instead of my address in Huddersfield. I would like to know the delivery address the parcel was sent to so I can request a refund from the supplier. I need some assistance tracking down two items that I returned in December but have not reached their destination. I am disabled and homebound, so I had my carer post them for me on December 2nd from the post office at Plymstock Broadway. However, instead of reaching the intended recipient, the parcels were sent back to my address. I am saddened as the items were valued at £82. Any help in locating them would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I have been in touch with the Swedish police and the UK police regarding a situation with a fraudulent buyer. I sold a laptop on a Swedish platform similar to Ebay called Blocket.se to a buyer in the UK. The laptop was shipped via PostNord Sweden on December 6th and is currently in your possession. The buyer scammed me by sending a fake payment slip. I kindly request that the delivery to the individual named David Lewton at [redacted] Hoel Coleg Newton Powys, Mid Wales, SY16 1RA, United Kingdom be cancelled, and the package returned to me promptly. I just spent more than 40 minutes waiting in the Royal Mail Customer Service queue. Unfortunately, I ended up hanging up as I didn't get connected to a representative. One useful tip is that not selecting any options eventually gets you in line to speak with someone. However, my issue remains unresolved. RM's tracking system appears to have frozen. Three days ago, it confirmed that a parcel I sent was received upon posting, but there have been no further updates. In contrast, other items posted on the same day have complete tracking information, showing receipt by the recipient.

I scheduled a redelivery for my parcel with reference number 3-[redacted]07 for Monday, December 9th, but it did not arrive. Unfortunately, I misplaced the card left by Royal Mail on November 28th notifying me of a delivery. I am unable to visit the post office and have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative over the phone. I have tried to rearrange the redelivery to no avail. Can anyone assist me with this issue, please?

I need to update the delivery address for an eBay item coming to my son at an old address, Victoria Court NE12 7PE. The correct address is 63 Kings Road NE12 7PH, which is nearby. I'm unable to notify the Sorting Depot at Station Road Benton, Newcastle Upon Tyne, as I don't live close by. The package might arrive on Friday or Saturday. Tracking number SF[redacted]81GB: I sent a letter for next day delivery from Victoria St P.O. in Morecambe. The staff there placed it in a grey plastic envelope and addressed it to Sydney Ratcliffe at 3 Bewdley Close, Harpenden AL5 1QX. I paid the requested fee of £6.60. However, when checking the tracking this morning, it mentioned a payment issue or a customs problem. The recipient, who is over 90 and unwell, may panic if a card is delivered and even involve the police. I have been waiting on hold with Royal Mail for over half an hour. I recently filed a complaint regarding reference 1-[redacted] because the driver marked my delivery as failed without attempting to ring the doorbell. Good afternoon, I am seeking assistance in locating a parcel. The tracking number is NJ[redacted]06GB, and delivery was attempted at the Co-operative Castle Park on Horninglow Road North in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE13 0SX yesterday. Despite their claim of accepting deliveries, the Co-operative rejected the parcel. According to the tracking service, the parcel is now at your Burton DO. I would like to inquire if it is possible for me to pick up the parcel from there instead of having it returned to the sender, which would necessitate arranging a redelivery. Fahim has asked Halifax Bank to send him Braille large print documents for his current account statements. Unfortunately, the Royal Mail postmen and postwomen have not been delivering these documents as requested. Fahim is hoping that the Royal Mail can deliver the Braille large print documents to his house on blue paper from Halifax Bank every weekday from Monday to Friday, as well as on Saturdays. Over the past week, previous weeks, and on Saturdays when Royal Mail delivers, could they please ensure Fahim receives his Braille, large print documents of my bank statements on blue-colored paper for my Halifax current account? I have encountered recurring issues with the postmaster at Whitehorse Street in Baldock, Herts. During my visit on Wednesday, December 11th to send a letter to my son via signed-for delivery, the postmaster was rude once again. Despite my request, he insisted that signing for the item does not ensure its arrival. He remarked on his expertise compared to mine since I was on one side of the counter and he was on the other. Eventually, he processed the signed-for delivery. However, it has been two days since, and my son has not received the letter. Hello, I recently got an email informing me that a product I bought from a UK store was sent on December 1st through Royal Mail. The tracking number provided is UH[redacted]53GB.
