I sent off my I'd for my provisional licence on the **th July **** @**:** it was confirmed that DVLA received it on the **th July @ *:**am. I contacted DVLA and spoken to lucy and she confirmed it was sent to my home address @ ** Cavendish road Edgbaston B** *hy on the **rd July and I did not receive it at all I would like to know where it is or for it to be resent as I am not happy with the situation I want u to help me reclaim or help me pay for a new provisional licence or give me the information in writing as to where it was sent my tracking number is WM*********GB I'm not happy at all and want my I'd sent or I'm taking this higher to the manager or taking company to crown court and getting my serlistitor involved
