Hello, My name is Adriana, and I encountered an issue with a package I sent on August 23rd. When I checked the tracking number online, it indicated it was leaving the UK around that time. If the package doesn't reach its destination, I am concerned about not receiving a refund since it is a return package. It seems unlikely that it hasn't been received within about 12 working days. I posted our old passports for urgent renewal via 1st class signed for service on September 3, [redacted]. The tracking number is WM[redacted]64GB. Although Royal Mail indicated delivery was scheduled for the next day, the tracking site does not show any delivery confirmation. I contacted the Passport office, and they have no record of receiving them. I am requesting information on the delivery status of these passports, including details of the recipient, department, date and time of delivery, and any associated reference number. The renewal process is on hold until the old passports are located, and we need them urgently. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently received a crucially damaged letter containing my birth certificate, necessary for a job interview. The envelope and document were torn. I visited the post office, and they advised me to contact customer services, but I have no phone credit. I attempted to fill out the online form, but the stamp area was cut off. The postman mentioned that the damage might have occurred during the sorting process. I originally paid £11 for the birth certificate and will now need to spend another £11 for a replacement. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and added to the weeks of waiting for the initial document. There's even a risk that the employer might not accept the damaged certificate, potentially jeopardizing my job opportunity. Royal Mail successfully delivered one parcel to my daughter's workplace, which was great. However, shortly after, I received an email regarding a second tracked parcel, mentioning that the office door was inaccessible. It seems they may have been reluctant to climb a few stairs to reach the office. The tracking number for the second parcel is FN[redacted]35GB. If they do not attempt redelivery tomorrow, I plan to file multiple complaints, including one to the PA of Rio Back, who might not be aware of Royal Mail's subpar service. Moreover, the long wait time for customer services was frustrating. After waiting for twenty minutes, my query was addressed efficiently for about 30 seconds before the call was unexpectedly disconnected.

I sent a second-class recorded delivery package at 4:14 PM on September 9, [redacted], at Bury Post Office. Your website states that delivery should take 2 to 3 days, but it has been a week now, and the package has not arrived. The tracking only shows that it was received at Bury Post Office. The tracking reference is: NJ[redacted]75GB. The package contained two passports, a legal letter, and a Community Charge letter. If this is supposed to be a secure route, what went wrong? Could a Royal Mail employee have taken it, especially since it was addressed to a solicitor's office?

I am currently facing an issue with a missing item that the tracking information indicates was delivered and signed for. However, the signature on the parcel is not mine; it shows "S Lamb" while I sign as "SGL." To verify, you can check the recent items I received to confirm my current signature, which I altered six months ago due to a previous missing item. It has been over four weeks, so I believe the parcel will not turn up. Ebay has directed me to contact you after dealing with my case. They have requested an investigation into the missing package with the tracking number KB[redacted]09GB. Once the investigation is concluded, I need an official letter from ebay. They mentioned that the standard procedure involves a driver interview to determine the parcel's whereabouts.

I found a letter in my name, address without an envelope, discarded in my block of flats. I live on the 1st floor, but my letter was on the ground floor for anyone to see and read. The postman must have mistakenly delivered it through someone else's door, and they opened it and left it near the main entrance door. I am unhappy about this situation. I cannot prove someone opened it, but it should have been posted through my door in an envelope. The postman is responsible for this error.

I believe my delivery has once again been mistakenly routed to Coalville instead of reaching me in Rutland LE15 6HQ. This time-sensitive package is my son's pre-ordered FIFA game, eagerly awaited for its release yesterday. Despite being told it would arrive this morning, it is not here, showing on the tracking information that it has been misdirected to the incorrect depot. Hello, I placed an order on Amazon with an estimated delivery date of September 25, [redacted]. Today, on September 29, [redacted], I have not received any updates on my delivery. I have contacted the carrier multiple times, but they cannot provide me with any information, and Amazon hasn't been helpful either. I need to know if this company is reliable, responsible, committed, and competent, or if they are simply unreliable and unable to make deliveries on time or keep customers informed about their orders. When a customer pays for shipping and trusts you as the carrier, it is expected that the service will be provided as promised, not leaving customers waiting indefinitely. I assume that the shipping service is paid for in order for it to be efficient. I hope to receive a prompt and timely response to my complaint or suggestion, or else I may have to cancel my order and share on social media the inefficiency of both your company and Amazon for relying on your services.

Today, an attempt was made to deliver my package with tracking number NU[redacted]35GB. Unfortunately, the delivery driver did not try to deliver it even though my gate was open for entry, and I was home all morning. I did not receive a delivery card either. The inconvenience of having the item redelivered is frustrating, especially since this has happened before. I have used other delivery services that are punctual, friendly, and reliable, unlike Royal Mail. The recurring issues with Royal Mail's service are disappointing, as I have noticed a decline since my previous complaints were initially addressed. It is frustrating to have to repeatedly contact them and waste time on this matter.

Today, I was expecting a delivery, but I received a text message saying it had been delivered. When I went to check my front door, there was nothing there, and no delivery slip was left. It seems like the courier did not even attempt to knock on the door. According to the tracking information, they marked it as undelivered due to no answer, which is confusing as I was home. I have a porch where they could have safely left the parcel without a signature. Given past incidents where my neighbor received my package by mistake, I would have preferred it to be left in the porch. I've asked two neighbors, and they also haven't received the package. It's frustrating not knowing where my parcel has ended up.

I am unable to complete the payment for a customs charge on an item. The online system keeps indicating a payment issue. I've attempted to use two different cards and PayPal, all of which are unsuccessful. I can confirm that my cards are not the problem. It seems there might be an issue with your system. The barcode on my gray card is [redacted]. Additionally, the voice recognition system does not recognize the letter "V" when I speak it. I've tried multiple times, and my voice is clear, so the issue doesn't seem to be with my voice.

I attempted to pay the customs fee through PayPal, but the website indicated an issue with my payment. After re-trying, I encountered the same problem. Strangely, I received two confirmation emails from PayPal, indicating that the payment may have been processed twice. I am seeking a refund for the duplicate payment. Additionally, I would like my parcel to be delivered promptly, given that I have already paid the fee through PayPal. I urge Gethuman to address and rectify this situation promptly. It is disappointing that a large organization like this is struggling to ensure their app functions correctly - truly unacceptable.

I have a package at the local depot in Lampeter, and they requested payment from me. I attempted to pay online multiple times without success. Instead, I bought £18 worth of stamps at my local post office in Llanarth Costcutters Service Station. I posted the card with the stamp on 23/09/19 but have not yet received my parcel. The local depot confirmed they have the parcel but claim they do not have the card with the payment. I inquired at the post office, and they said there were no issues with the card being stuck or delayed. Now, I'm unable to retrieve my parcel despite the expense, and I'm also waiting for another parcel from the same company. These parcels are gifts for my daughter. Due to these ongoing problems, I am contemplating canceling. My work schedule of 13-hour day shifts and 12-hour night shifts makes it challenging to visit the local sorting office at times. #frustrated
