Hello, **I received a grey card today saying the sender did not pay full postage and that the amount due was £*.**.**I paid £* and arranged for a re-delivery but then when I really thought about it realized I had made no orders for mail to come to this address and do not know of anyone intending to send me any.**I believe this could be some type of scam*con where I could be being sent a promo item and expected to pay for it. **I have tried calling Royal Mail to speak to an advisor in order to receive a refund immediately and find out who the sender is as I am certain nothing is being sent by anyone I know. I have been waiting disgustingly long at over ** minutes now on the phone so have come to email instead as it says reply time is within **hours.**The re-delivery has been arranged for **th which is * days from now.**I would like this CANCELLED with a full refund.
