I have had * roku streaming sticks and everyone has had a bad remote. Bought * at best buy and had to return it. Bought o** ar*T wal mart and then target and had to return them. At bestbuy they tolld ne they have had * to * people return them dur to remotes not working. Change batteries each time and go and buy new batteries from store and not cheap ones and they work about * days and then quit. Roku does not want to talk to anyone unless you buy thier mOst expensive device. And they do not e mail you b ack either. I have returned * of them. Finalky got my money back and bought a different product. They do not have time to talk to us to send us a new remote with out us having to pay. BAD COMPANY. LOUSY PRODUCT.
I trust that Roku will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
