To whom it may concern, At 3:30 AM AEST on 9/11/21, my account was hacked. Upon logging in, I noticed that all my games (GTA 5/RDR2) had been installed, my username was changed, and my friends list was gone. I am unsure how this breach occurred and now I am worried about the safety of my information. Please address this issue urgently. Sincerely, David K. Good morning, I am experiencing difficulty transferring my GTA V PS3 online character to GTA PS4. I connected my PSN account to my Social Club profile and opened GTA for PS4, but the "Character Transfer" option was not available in the menu, even though I have PlayStation Plus. I can create and play a new character without any issues, but I would appreciate your assistance in transferring my PS3 GTA character to my PS4 GTA.

On November 23, [redacted], I purchased a $9.99 shark card for my son, "Fin the ODST," from the Xbox store for GTAV. The amount was deducted from my bank account instantly, but the $[redacted],[redacted] compensation was not added to his GTAV online account even after 14 hours on November 24, [redacted]. While I have bought him shark cards before, there have been delays due to connection issues with Rockstar, but they were eventually resolved. Currently, the compensation has not been credited to his account despite the payment being processed. Hello, I recently logged into my Rockstar Games account TomTom9417, but my username is now (56345rtewerwerw) and I don't know why. My games GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 that I purchased years ago are missing. I don't understand. I lost my games and I would like to recover them. I believe my Rockstar Social Club account has been compromised. Someone unauthorized has changed the email linked to the account, and I fear they might receive any communication from Rockstar Support. I have already submitted a help ticket with the number #[redacted]6, but mistakenly used the perpetrator's email address when submitting it. Hello. I have been a fan for many years and enjoyed playing GTA5 online. Recently, my younger nephew accidentally purchased the mega yacht on my Xbox account without my consent. I was playing Grand Theft Auto 5 on PS4 (online) under the account "rivallayout93." Tonight (7/12/21), I logged in and saw a message that I had been awarded £[redacted],[redacted] and in-game items. However, after refreshing the game and my PS4 multiple times, I still have not received the rewards. I am disappointed by this. Hello .. I am really disappointed that when purchasing GTA for a new user, there was no information given that they were banned for life. I have now bought it for 2 new users on Epic Games, spending around [redacted] kr, which feels like a waste of money. I encountered an issue with the Rockstar Launcher when trying to log in to GTA V to play with my friend. Upon reaching the login screen, I couldn't recall my password and attempted to reset it. After accessing my Gmail, I found Rockstar's email in a foreign language, which I translated. The email indicated that future correspondence would be directed to [redacted], an unfamiliar email address not associated with me. It's baffling to me as I never share my passwords. I am experiencing difficulties with the iFruit app on my phone. When I try to update my email address, I do not receive a confirmation email. When attempting to join GTA 5 Online, I keep getting an error message stating "your saved data could not be loaded." Despite attempting solutions from YouTube and the RockStarGames Support page, none have resolved the issue. My intention was to play the new DLC today. I have been a loyal player of GTA5 for years. Recently, I purchased RDR2 and played for several hours on a new profile. Some time ago, before returning to GTA, I was at level [redacted] on something. I had made purchases in GTA for properties and cars, but that was in the past. Upon returning after a break, I found myself back at level one, unsure of what had occurred. It wasn't until a friend mentioned there were individuals cheating or resetting accounts that I began to suspect this may have affected me too.

I need help getting GTA V on Xbox [redacted] back online. It's crucial because there is a link between the story mode and the online version. In the "Hotel Assassination" mission, you're advised to invest in "Betta Pharmaceuticals" through the "BAWSAQ" stock market. Without access to this feature, it's incredibly challenging to make the needed money to purchase properties such as the golf course and clubhouse.

I haven't been on the social club for a while. However, today I received an email from you, which was mostly in Chinese. I recognized the Rockstar name part and my email address, so I ignored it. When I tried to log in, my password didn't work, and I couldn't receive the reset email when trying to reset it. I suspect my account has been hacked, as it's not letting me log in. This concerns me because I may have my bank card details saved on the account. I have already contacted you via email, completed the reply confirming my identity but have not received a response. Hello. I have a medical condition that affects my hand muscles, making it difficult to simultaneously press both analog sticks in the game Red Dead Redemption 2 for eagle vision tracking. My left hand is particularly weak, and pressing both sticks at the same time is challenging and painful. I am seeking a solution that would allow the game to recognize the action when both sticks are held down instead of simultaneously pressed in. I enjoy the game but want to avoid injury.
