Previously, players could kick everyone out of their lobby by testing NAT type, which helped avoid griefing and toxicity from other players for the past three years. However, with this change, players are now exposed to extreme aggression in the game. The atmosphere is chaotic with constant killing and weaponized vehicles everywhere. The removal of this feature has greatly impacted solo players, affecting their ability to make progress and enjoy the game peacefully. The request is simple: Was this change intentional? If not, please consider restoring the previous functionality or implementing solo public lobbies as a standard feature to provide a safer environment for players conducting high-value sales.

The frustration has led to families like mine, with multiple Xbox consoles and copies of GTA5, considering walking away from the game. The impact of this decision could mean losing multiple players for Rockstar. A recent update to GTA5 online has prevented players from creating solo public lobbies, leading to multiple attacks during resupply missions. I was personally targeted five times while resupplying my businesses, resulting in significant losses. It is frustrating that players cannot sell their businesses in public lobbies without facing constant attacks. The time and effort invested in upgrading and maintaining businesses feels wasted when everything can be lost due to attacks. It would be beneficial if the patch prohibiting solo public lobbies could be reversed, allowing for a better gaming experience.

The reason many players are frustrated is that they are being targeted by aggressive players while trying to do prep work. All we ask is to be able to do prep work in invite-only sessions to avoid these issues. This used to be possible with NATting, which helped us evade Griefers. It's disappointing that this feature was removed, as it made the game more enjoyable for players like me, especially for lower-level individuals. Please consider bringing back NATting to protect us from those who ruin the game experience, especially when trying to complete challenging tasks like casino prep and gun shipments. It's already hard enough without having to deal with constant interference. Let's work together to find a solution, Rockstar.

I accessed the GTA5 Online Diamond Casino using my PS4 at 7:55 PM on Friday, April 16th, [redacted], and used my free spin to win the Albany V-STR vehicle. After selecting my nightclub garage for the vehicle placement, I was unexpectedly disconnected from the game. Upon rejoining, I couldn't find the vehicle in my garage. I tried spinning again at the casino and landed on clothes, which shouldn't have happened since it's one free spin per day. I rightfully won the car, and I'm perplexed about its disappearance. Hi, I'm in need of assistance regarding my GTA Online account, "blacksavage22." I recently began playing, and while on the game, I received a message saying I was reported for bad behavior even though I don't use the mic. Now, I'm unable to access GTA Online due to being muted and experiencing connection issues with the message "timed out session" and "upn not available" in the PS settings. I unintentionally received money from hackers who dropped it in sessions, and my in-game money increased without my control. I didn't realize this was against the rules and used the money innocently. I tried changing sessions, but the money remained. I'm new to GTA Online and unaware of these situations. Another time, a hacker teleported me and a friend into the ocean. Yesterday evening, I downloaded the Rockstar iFruit app and tried to log in with my Social Club account. After a few attempts, I realized I couldn't remember my password. I clicked on the "forgot password" option to reset it. Despite checking my spam folder and ensuring I hadn't blocked Rockstar emails, I didn't receive any reset emails. I then logged into my Social Club account via Safari on my phone using the Xbox sign-in, as my accounts were linked. I confirmed my email was correct, requested another password reset, but still didn't get any emails. Today, I checked again, even linking my Google account to the Rockstar account, but no luck. I just want to regain access to my account by resetting my password. I'm reaching out to seek assistance with my login/password/email matter.

I'm experiencing constant crashes whenever I try to load into GTA V. This issue has persisted for some time now. The game crashes with or without an internet connection, and despite trying various troubleshooting methods from online sources, the problem remains unresolved. I was playing the Cayo Perico heist with three other players and unfortunately, we got kicked out at the end of the mission during a cutscene due to unexpected maintenance by Rockstar. Despite not receiving the money we earned, we did get the golden pistols. Our team consisted of Ghost_Recon32656, kobekilling, RECON_0195, and Fox_Maws. We are all disappointed about this issue as we are fair players who put a lot of effort into the mission. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could look into this matter and help us resolve it.

Dear Rockstar Games Team, I wanted to let you know that I was banned from GTA 5 online on 23/05/21 without any reason until the 23rd of the next month. I am interested in transferring my GTAV character from PlayStation 3 to PlayStation 4. I can log into my Rockstar Social Club account, but I am having trouble resetting my email password (foster [redacted]). My account was unexpectedly blocked in online mode 3 weeks ago. This isn't the first time my account has been suspended and now it's on Rockstar Games' blacklist. I didn't go against any guidelines this time. I just entered online mode, took a car, customized it at Los Santos Customs, drove around the city, and then suddenly I was permanently banned from GTA Online. It sounds crazy, but it's the truth. Dear Rockstar Support Team, I am facing an issue with Red Dead Redemption Online that I purchased on Steam. After downloading it, I installed the Rockstar Launcher and logged in with my Social Club account. When launching the game on Steam, the Rockstar Launcher opened and I received error codes for the .dll files: mf.dll, mfplat.dll, and mfreadwrite.dll. After downloading and adding these files to the game, I closed everything and restarted, only to encounter another error message with code 0xc000007b. I have tried various troubleshooting steps from different websites in German but have not found a solution. After investing two years into the game and reaching level [redacted], being banned without explanation or chance to appeal feels unjust, especially considering the time and effort put into progressing with friends.
