I submitted a ticket on the Rockstar support page regarding my missing Insurgent Pickup Custom. I had it stored in my Pixel Pete's garage on December 14, [redacted]. After completing the casino heist and playing the game, the vehicle disappeared. I have checked with the mechanic, Mors Mutual, and my MOC. I even looked in the impound lot, but it's nowhere to be found. Could this be a glitch related to the arcade? I really need my customized vehicle back, as it had armor plating and a unique paint job.

Hello, my name is Mildred Gette. My son has been playing GTA in 2D since the original game was released and unfortunately got banned. He has always been a fan of your game. Recently, we came across a picture of a character in the game (which I saved), and it's remarkable how much it resembles my son. His friend even asked if it was him in the picture. I thought you might find it amusing. I would like to send you both pictures of my son and the character for comparison, but I'm unsure how to do so. The only noticeable difference is the names on their hats. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

After spinning the wheel on GTA 5, I landed on the car prize. Unfortunately, I only had one garage spot and no space for the new car. I planned to sell a car to make room, but got distracted and my character walked away from the wheel. I ended up selling the wrong car. I haven't received the 1.7 million in-game car prize yet. I would appreciate having the 1.7 million added to my account balance to purchase the car I was looking forward to, or have the car itself placed in my garage now that I have cleared space for it. After completing the Doomsday Heist, I once again noticed that all my pistol ammo was removed from my online character. I am requesting to have all the maximum ammo restored for all my pistols and not just an additional [redacted] rounds. Receiving only [redacted] rounds will not suffice, as this issue has occurred before. Not only was the ammunition removed, but the money spent on purchasing it was not refunded either. I would like to have all the ammo and the full amount of money I spent on the ammo returned. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

Hello, I am encountering a problem that is preventing me from accessing GTA 5 Online. Whenever I try to play, a message appears stating that the necessary files cannot be downloaded from the Rockstar Games Service, which is currently unavailable. I have been playing GTA for years on my account CronikCal19. Unfortunately, I had to create a new account, starting over from level 1, after my previous account, at level [redacted] with a significant amount of in-game money, was lost. This has been frustrating as I now struggle as a level 33 player. I believe some form of compensation, such as a RP boost and money boost, would be fair considering the time and money I invested in the game. It is disheartening to feel like customer concerns are not taken seriously. I hope to have this issue resolved promptly.

I am frustrated that there are no animals to hunt on RDR2 and the game won't let me do any bounty hunting without claiming my posse has quit the job when I don't even have a posse! It feels like the company only cares about pushing us to buy cards and not about letting us enjoy the game. I am a dedicated player, purchasing cards every payday, and I own 16 accounts. Please consider adding animals to hunt on RDR2 for all the players who enjoy that aspect of the game.

A few years back, I set up 2-step verification as prompted. Recently, I changed phones from an iPhone to an Android, and now the verification app doesn't recognize my account. I'd like to have the 2-step verification removed from my account since I know my password or to receive the $10 necessary for a new account. Unfortunately, I can't play the story mode without logging in. I've tried logging into Social Club with Google, but it links me to my PS4 account with a different email, which is worrying. It's frustrating that Rockstar doesn't have a customer service number, and if this issue isn't resolved promptly, they may lose customers.

I have submitted multiple tickets to Rockstar Warehouse requesting a refund. On November 15th, I bought Red Dead Redemption 2 through Rockstar Warehouse (Order# [redacted]) expecting an instant redemption, but I only received the code the next day. During this delay, I purchased the game on Epic Games for immediate play. I intended to refund my $63.59 purchase from Rockstar Warehouse but have not received any response to my tickets submitted over the last month.

Dear Rockstar Games, I am reaching out with an issue regarding Red Dead Redemption 2 Online. I have been enjoying the game for about a year now, and I have purchased the Trader Role, Bounty Hunter Role, Collector Role, and most recently, the Moonshiners Role. I have been having a great time with this new role and have been making good progress. However, today I encountered a problem where I lost $[redacted] when my game crashed while trying to sell my Average Strength, Spiced Island Moonshine. Furthermore, every half an hour, my daily challenges reset, making it impossible for me to complete them all in time. I am looking to leave Badsport. There are individuals who disrupt gameplay by destroying jets and oppressors, then continue to engage in the same behavior in Badsport. I ended up in Badsport because I defended myself by using a sticky bomb against them while they were in the air. It is unfair as they do not face the same consequences, only I have been placed in Badsport for defending myself. I am only level [redacted] and considered an easy target by these aggressive players. The environment in Badsport is toxic, with players using disrespectful language and making inappropriate remarks about each other's families. I wish to be transferred to a clean lobby as I despise being in Badsport.

Red Dead Redemption is frustrating me right now. The moonshine DLC is causing me to lose money constantly. I can't enter the moonshine shack, even after moving it twice and spending $[redacted]. The lack of animals is disappointing. Please fix these issues, as well as the problematic GTA cars with flags.

Hello! I wanted to share a problem I've encountered in Red Dead Online. Each time I attempt to join free roam or any online matches, I consistently receive the following error message: "You have been disconnected from Red Dead Online because the connection to Rockstar Game Services was lost [Error: 0x[redacted]1]." I'm extremely annoyed and close to giving up on the game entirely. I've been attempting to play online since yesterday, and there are no issues with my internet connection. This situation is incredibly frustrating.

On December 17th, I played GTA Online and completed all the casino setups for Ma Baker. I purchased the penthouse and upgraded my new car. However, when I logged back in on December 18th, all my purchases were missing. I no longer had the penthouse or the car that I invested all my money into. I did not turn off my console, so that couldn't be the issue. I had just started enjoying the game again until this happened. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this issue by refunding the money or restoring the penthouse and car. My platform is PS4, and my username is JackHawe. I was recently placed in bad sport on GTA Online for defending myself against toxic players who constantly attack with oppressors. Despite earning awards, completing jobs, and receiving commendations for my friendly behavior, the game eventually classified me as a clean player. However, after leaving the bad sport lobby and entering a clean player lobby, I was unexpectedly placed back into bad sport mode. The game even reset my timer, releasing me from a month-long sentence after only a few days due to my positive contributions. I am confused as to why I was labeled a bad sport again when I have been nothing but helpful. I kindly request to be reinstated as a clean player, as I believe I deserve forgiveness after the effort I put into clearing my record, especially since it was taken away without cause.

In GTA 5 Online, I bought the Oppressor MkII and fully customized it. While purchasing another car for my night club garage where the Oppressor was stored, the MkII suddenly disappeared. I searched all my storage places and even checked all my owned garages, including the Terabyte, but couldn't find it. I am hoping to either retrieve the Oppressor MkII or receive compensation for the $3,[redacted],[redacted] purchase price and the additional $[redacted],[redacted] spent on customization. Thank you.

Hello Rockstar, I wanted to reach out regarding a glitch with one of my cars. I attempted to call it from my mechanic, but it appears to be impounded, even though it's not in the impound lot when I check. Earlier, I retrieved the car from the impound, so I'm unsure why it still shows as there. The affected car is the Banshee, and my PSN is RIPPCITY101. Every time I join a public lobby in my GTA V game online, I keep getting kicked out after a few minutes and moved to a solo public session. It's frustrating because this doesn't happen with any other game I play, so I know it's not my internet connection causing the issue. I'm wondering if there are any steps I can take to fix this problem or how I can enjoy a regular online gaming experience without interruptions.

The title is misleading, but I am genuinely seeking to appeal my 30-day suspension with a character reset. I have submitted two appeals through the Mouth off feature on the Rockstar Games website, but have not received any response within the expected 2 to 4 days. While I accept the suspension, I am worried about my hard-earned in-game progress being reset due to actions I did not commit. I have invested time into building up my in-game assets such as money, stats, levels, and possessions. Although it states that I violated the terms of service by modding, it happened while I was on holiday for 2 to 3 weeks. Regrettably, I allowed a family member to access my GTA account and make unauthorized modifications. Upon returning from my holiday, I was devastated to find my character banned. I kindly request the Rockstar staff's human intervention to restore my online character and, if feasible, lift the account suspension. Your assistance would be greatly valued. I have received a response that seems automated, leaving me unconvinced. I do not wish to interact with a robot that lacks human judgment.
