Hello, I have two accounts named dataraven and dataraven1. My name is Chris Spargur, aged 51, born on August 13, [redacted]. My email is [redacted] and my wife's is [redacted] I mistakenly swapped our email addresses to monitor our 8-year-old son's Minecraft progress. I am a crew leader on Grand Theft Auto Online, and my secondary account was crew commissioner. My wife asked to switch back our emails, but doing so altered my login method. I can't access my secondary account as the sign-in process changed. Additionally, I can't recall the email addresses linked to the crew social club. My crew is ALL STAR JETS, and on my secondary account, I'm a crew leader unable to sign in. This mix-up changed the names of my accounts on the social club. Joining a new crew complicated matters, and now I can't manage the crew or deter attacks. Any assistance is welcomed. Thank you, Chris Spargur.

During a game of Stand Your Ground on Saturday night, there were 7-8 players including someone named ll-JDS-ll who caused disruptions by going under the map. This led to unfair consequences for players like GCB420 and me, who ended up in the Bad Sport category after being clean players for years. I believe these changes in gameplay rules by Rockstar are unfair, especially considering how long I've been playing without issues. I urge for my account to be removed from Bad Sport status promptly. I enjoy the game I purchased and do not feel justified in being penalized for the actions of others. It would be great to discuss this matter further over the phone. Thank you.

While playing in free mode, I encountered an issue where my screen went black and I lost all progress. My character's RP is now showing as -12,[redacted],[redacted], and I have lost all cash and weapons. Despite regaining my guns upon logging back in, all RP and progress are missing, with only my property and bank balance remaining intact. My character, Delltin, was at Rank [redacted]. I am seeking assistance in restoring my RP and progress as it would be time-consuming to recover it individually. I play on Xbox [redacted] under the username Jeffy. While playing GTA V, I sourced a vehicle, brought it to my warehouse, and tried to export it for 62k. However, when I finished customizing the vehicle and tried to complete the process, it told me to wait for other players. Despite being alone in the game, it froze, and my character ended up under the map in a glitched car, unable to move or drive. It was frustrating as I had spent time and money, around 13k, on it. The situation felt ridiculous and wasted my efforts.

I came across an Imponte Ruiner on the road and decided to customize it with all the money I had, totaling $[redacted],[redacted]. Unfortunately, while driving it in an online server, another player blew it up. Even though I had insured and tracked the car, I couldn't reach Mors Mutual Insurance to make a claim. I searched for the car but couldn't locate it. I'm disappointed as I invested a significant amount in customizing it. I am hoping to either retrieve the car in its previous state or be reimbursed for the funds I spent prior to customization.

Hello, I seem to have forgotten the password for my iFruit app and I'm unsure which email I used for it. I typically use three different emails for games. I've tried all of them along with possible passwords, but it keeps saying invalid. I'm worried about losing all my information and account. Is there anyone who can assist me with this issue and guide me through the process to regain access to my account?

I have had my account for 4 years, and I have dedicated a lot of time and effort to building it up. I assure you that I have not used any cheating software, all my progress is legitimate as I own various businesses which I have managed diligently. However, upon logging in yesterday, I discovered that my account has been banned and reset for no apparent reason. I am frustrated by this situation as I have not engaged in any unfair practices. I am requesting for my account to be reinstated to its previous state, at level [redacted], with all my assets intact including money, properties, vehicles, businesses, and facilities.

My social club account was unexpectedly banned yesterday at 9:30 pm UTC for reasons unknown. I had been hosting a mission repeatedly, earning millions of dollars and decent RP. Unfortunately, the progress was not saved on the server, which is disappointing. I made significant purchases before the ban, which adds to my frustration. It seems unjust when other players openly admit to modding without consequences while I, as an honest player, face punishment for simply grinding a mission. I strongly request that the character reset on my account be overturned. I am willing to wait if necessary but I would like my progress from yesterday morning at 9 AM UTC reinstated. The blanket statement that character resets are non-negotiable feels unfair, especially when past instances show warnings given and progress restored.

Yesterday at 9:30 pm UTC, my social club account got banned, and I'm not sure why. I was repeatedly hosting a mission and earning over [redacted] million and leveling up my RP. However, these achievements were not recorded on the server. I bought several items right before getting banned. I find it unjust because others openly admit to using mods without getting banned, yet I, a legit player, got banned for simply replaying a mission. I'm requesting the removal of the character reset from my account. I'm willing to wait for a month if needed but I want my progress back to what it was at 9 AM UTC yesterday. They state it's non-negotiable, but I have evidence that they have reinstated online progress after issuing a warning. I hope Rockstar can restore my progress either immediately or after the ban is lifted.

I am quite frustrated with the recent changes to this game. Despite having ample time to enhance it, the latest update seems to have made it worse. Upon installation, the game fails to load, necessitating a reinstall to function properly. The controls are clunky, and tasks now take much longer than necessary. Numerous glitches persist, leading to untimely deaths or leaving players vulnerable. Additionally, the inclusion of a cheat code slot is redundant as the codes do not save, detracting from the gaming experience. It is disheartening that such potential was not fully realized. The purchase price of $80 is steep, especially when compared to the superior experience offered by a $60 game like GTA V. Hopefully, the developers will address these issues promptly.

Hello, I was banned on GTA last month on the 14th, and today, the ban still persists. I checked my account four days ago to see if the ban was lifted, but it wasn't. Today, when I turned on my PS3, it notified me that my account has been permanently banned or suspended. I have not been active to warrant this ban, and I'm very frustrated with Rockstar's lack of response. If my account issue isn't resolved, I might consider getting a modded PS4 to mod accounts for others in retaliation. I've tried to reach out with no success since there is no phone support. I just want my account issue to be resolved; otherwise, I'll take further action.

I am requesting a minor update for Red Dead 2 Online. Currently, players like me find it frustrating that we can only purchase low-level saddles when we are at a low level. Now that I have advanced to a higher level, I have no need for these lower-level saddles I invested in. The only option the game offers is to "Discard" the saddle, causing me to waste in-game credits I earned through hours of gameplay. It would greatly improve the gaming experience if there was a feature allowing players to "Resell" their tack back to the stable, even if it means selling it back at half the price. This change seems simple but would make a significant difference to dedicated players like myself who have worked hard to progress in the game. I purchased the Deluxo, a full-price four-wheel water vehicle, twice accidentally but lost the second one while the Deluxo remained. I lost over 10 million on the vehicles and their upgrades. Thank you for your time; I think highly of your service and games. I'm a loyal player at 49 and plan to play for as long as I can. Any chance the map can move from the bottom left to the top right? I'm monocular, and this change would help me greatly. If not possible, it's okay. Appreciate your attention and have a great day.

I have been waiting for a response from Rockstar all day. I already emailed them about 60 times. Initially, they had a great response time, but now they are not responding at all. I am trying to get back missing items that belong to me before the double bunker money event is over. Last night, I had 300k in my nightclub worth, but this morning I only have 58k left. This is the 10th problem I've encountered with the game this week, and I am considering stopping playing because this is ridiculous. Not only is my bunker missing 300k, but the bunker upgrade and staff upgrade in the nightclub are gone as well. I played all day and night, and the next day everything was just gone. I lost over 2 million worth of stuff, including my bunker and nightclub money, and other items. Also, I still can't sell my cars. This all occurred between yesterday (Feb. 17th) and today (Feb. 18th).

I recently purchased the Tiger Shark and the Megalodon Shark to access vehicles for car meets like the Paraiah, [redacted], MOC, Partybus, and the Marshall. In a rush to an off-road meet in Sandy, I stored my Riata in my MOC where the Paraiah was already parked. Upon storing the Riata, the Paraiah got placed into storage as well. I've already stored the Riata in my Arena Workshop and checked the MOC, but the Paraiah is not there. I'm hoping for assistance in getting the Paraiah back to my Del Perro Heights Apt 20 or receiving a new one. I play on Xbox One with the gamertag FoldupScarab14. If the Paraiah isn't returned or compensated, I may have to escalate this matter to Rockstar and the gaming community authorities.

I am having trouble changing the email associated with my Rockstar Social Club account. Following the instructions on their website, I input my new email address but when I try to confirm it with my password, I receive an error stating that my password is incorrect. Despite changing my password, the issue persists. Since I no longer have access to my old email, updating my accounts with a new email has become a challenge. I play games like GTA and Red Dead Redemption 2, which are Rockstar games, and I need to link them to my new email for access to relevant information. I have recently been suspended from party chats and online services for Red Dead Redemption Online. I was involved in an altercation with another player who was cheating by glitching into buildings and shooting other players without taking damage. Despite being verbally harassed by these players, I admit that responding with "f**k off" was not appropriate, given that I agreed to the terms and conditions. However, I want to express my frustration with the game's poor performance since Sunday. Issues include the absence of animals in free roam, unresponsive horses, untriggered stranger missions, frequent game freezes, the ability to glitch into locked buildings with a lantern or pistol, and lag when using explosive rounds. Given the money I've invested in the game, Xbox Live, microtransactions, and other Rockstar games over the years, I kindly request a reconsideration of my suspension until 2/25. I have been a loyal Rockstar player since the early GTA games and hope to address this issue promptly. Thank you for your time, and I eagerly await your response. Rock on, Rockstar!
