If your account was banned or suspended by Rockstar it may be because you violated their terms of service. Any mods, cheats codes, boosters or anything like that will result in you getting banned. You can contact them through your Social Club account or email them here GTAOnline@rockstargames.com.

Hello Sir*Ma'am,**** So, I logged in today to get on online and I saw that I was banned, typically I would receive an e-mail with my infraction on it. For some reason I did not receive any E-mail informing me on my reason for being banned and that I even was banned. I am curious on the reasoning behind the ban so I can give my * cents on the matter. Just to clarify things now, I have never modded on this account, I do not have a mod menu, I am not toxic to other players (unless they start the war), I am not racist or verbally abusive to other players, I don't believe in interrupting anyone's CEO*MC missions. I would just like to know the issue and the reason why and hopefully you guys are able to solve this issue without resetting my account. Spent **** hrs playing and rather not have to go through all that again. Thanks for the help and read. Have a great day. ****Can I please get a real response not some generic pre-typed response?
