Return says authorized but still no return directions and still no correct part and no answer from rockauto

Help with my Rockauto issue

I have went through return part procedure. Says my return is authorized but there is still no return instructions. Which I don't care if I ship the wrong one back or not. I just need lift support **** shipped to me. ... My order number is ********. I received all items but part number **** (lift support) is missing the special mounting bracket. I went through arrange a return * report a problem, but the questions that were presented did not exactly match my particular problem, so I answered I don,t know on one of the questions. When I had finished all questions the response was it could not authorize a return because i did not know whether or not the part number was wrong. And the reason I answered that way was because the item description listed part number **** as the right hand part but in fact it goes on the driver side which would actually be the left side. Now here where it gets confusing, part number **** item description is left hand side, which in fact it went on the passenger side of the vehicle. That is why I answered I don't know. but whether the item description is right or wrong I need part number **** reshipped with the special mounting bracket that will fit **** Jeep Grand Cherokee. I looked it back up again today (**********) and it shows the return as authorized but does not show any return instructions. The part shipped to me will not fit my jeep and I ordered the correct part. I guess it does not matter if the left part actually fits on the right and vice versa. I need part number **** with the special mounting bracket. If you would prefer for me not to return the part due to its low price that is fine, but let me know if you are reshipping the correct part.
Rockauto shipped an incomplete part which is the wrong part. The part shipped will not work and cannot be used. I have tried emailing and calling and promblem is still not fixed
Just ship lift support **** to me promptly
I am new to rockauto and I have three older vehicles that need parts often but if this issue is not fixed promptly I didn't I will use rockauto again
