I’ve ordered a pair of front struts for my **** Subaru Forester. After receiving the package I found that the left one is good, matching to my OEM part, but the right one is different from the the original and from the picture listed on their web site, even if it has the right part number engraved on it. After some research I found that the wrong strut is for a different Subaru Forester (a turbo model that in North America appeared in ****) and should have a different code on it. I asked for a replacement, sent them the wrong strut on their expense, but when I received the replacement strut it appeared to be the same wrong part. Now they don’t want to send me another part, the only option is to refund me or to give me a store card after I’ll send them the wrong strut on my expense. It’s just unacceptable.
