If you are having issues with refunding a purchase make through Greyhound, the best time is to call immediately. If you call within 24 hours of the booking you should be able to get a full refund.
The issue in GetHuman-hancent's own words
Booking ********** for Donna Hannickel for Iceland April *-**, ****. Around Mar. **, I changed my reservation from a manual transmission to an automatic. I received a cancellation notice for the manual, with a $** cancellation fee, but no confirmation of the reservation for the automatic. I was charged $*** on Mar. ** for the balance on the manual. On Mar **, I was charged an additional $** for the automatic. No issue there.however, I never received a confirmation for the automatic and nothing shows up on my account showing a reservation for it. Do I have a car reserved or not? If so, I need a confirmation number. If not, I need a full refund, as the error for not booking the automatic is your error. Please advise.
