Rented a car for Maui In February **** from RentalCars. The total cost, as stated in the e-mailed voucher was CAD***.**. This was the same price mentioned on the internet site used to rent the vehicle. However, when browsing the voucher, I opened the Manage My Booking notation and was surprised*shocked to see that there was additional costs for taxes and fees of CAD***.**. Calls to Thrifty in Maui and Priceline and Rentalcars has me going in circles. Thrifty in Maui tells me that I will have to pay only the ***.**. But, the Manage My Booking information says I will have to pay an additional ***.** at the counter when the car is picked up. This is not the amount I was led to believe I was renting the car for. Therefore, I want to cancel the rental. How do I do this? I have been trying for * days to speak to a human voice to cancel the rental. Help!
