I reserved a car thru rentalcars.com on ********, it was a hyundia santa fe from Dollar car rental to be picked up at the des Moines Airport at **** noon I was there before noon on Sat ******** to pick up the car. The lady at the dollar front desk informed part of their policy was if I was driving and something went wrong mechianlly I was responsible for it. I was not ok with these conditions so she cancelled my reservation. But Rentalcars.com had already billed my credit card the price of the car. The lady at dollar gave me your costumer service number *-***-***-**** which I waited on the phone for * hr and ** minutes and still the same message. Which I don't believe you are about my business. I also tried and made an account on line to manage my account and it referred me back to your costumer service number. All I want you guys to do is credit my credit car and give me my money back ASAP My booking number is ********* my name Michael Cassler and was booked for Des Moines Iowa to start on Saturday ******** ….. my cell is ***-***-****
