On November ** **** USA time, I tried to reserve a car rental, a error message occurred stating that I required to renter my card information to reserve the vehicle. I cancel the reservation immediately i received the error message. I received an emailed with a reference number ********of my cancelation no money charged. Lies, because a charged was made on my card on **********. It has been a awful horrible experience. I have no evidence or confirmation that my case is being worked on and how long I will be reimbursed of my which you charge $***.**. I’m inform by customer representatives that is being review by your financial department. In USA when a claim or complaint is put in, it is immediately followed up with an email of the company in question. Please refund my money as soon as possible. I didn’t trust the website at first when it asked me to re-entermy card information... I was right to cancel immediate after.
