Dear Sirs**We wonder if you can assist with our double booking and payment problem.**We travel to Orlando a few times a year and always use the Rentalcars App. When we came to check whether we had booked for our current visit we checked the App and nothing was showing, and as a result we made a further booking, at the time not realising we had already booked. As soon as we realised we attempted to cancel the booking but the system would not allow, we assume as the date had been passed. Since arriving in Florida surprisingly the original booking has mysteriously appeared on the App.**The original booking that did not show up on the App was reference number ********* through Alamo. The amounts we paid were £ ***.**p and extra cover of £ ***.**p**The booking that was used when we collected the vehicle on **th September was ********* through Dollar. The amounts we paid were £ ***.** and extra cover of £ ***.**p.**We would kindly request a refund on the first booking that has not been used prior to our making reservations for our visits next year.**Kind regards**Colin & Denise Farrow
