Picking up the car rental at the airport (BDL) ... My car booking N* ********* with Rentalcars got cancelled because Budget doesn't allow foreign credit card, or american debit card. I want my additional insurance coverage to be either reimbursed or transferred onto the new booking with Avis *******US*. I could not cancel it before the pick up time, because it is at the pick up that they refused to take my card and cancelled the reservation.
