I did not receive my dresses

I am so upset with RTR. I ordered and paid for a dress, ne necklace, earrings on September *, **** for a family formal wedding to be on September**, ****. I was to receive these items on Friday, September **, ****. I was told the week of the **th the necklace was not coming to me bcause the customer did not turn the item in on time. I thought you would have more than * set. You sent me something that was unexceptable and I was not given enough time to order what "I" wanted. Instead, you sent me what YOU wanted me to have. I was very upset and nervous that I was not going to get what I needed. Well, Friday comes along, the **th and NO dress. Keep in mind the wedding is the next day Saturday. Stayed home waiting for the dress. I had to get nails and hair done but couldn't leave until I knew the dress was here. Well, the dress never came. Now i am in trouble bcause i can't buy another dress. I had to hunt for hours to find a dress. I did not have a dress to where so I didn't go to the wedding. I was soooo very upset. I tried to call numerous times but the phone message said it was a * hour wait. I was just completely done. I checked where it said the dress was shipped on Saturday, the day of the wedding and the tracking number said it was on a truck somewhere. Now it is Sunday, *:**pm and the dress is still not here. So what I am needing for someone to do is call me at ***-***-**** as soon as you receive this message. Please call....I will be waiting for your call. I will also be sending you your necklace back!
