I rented * movies * days ago , both of which wont play on my blueray disk player .I WAS GOING TO CALL YOU GUYS ,AND TAKE THEM BACK , TO GET * MORE, THAT WOULD PLAY, SO I COULD WATCH THEM .I WOKE UP THE NEXT MORNING,DEATHLY SICK . LATER THAT DAY TRIED TO WATCH THEM AGAIN, IN WHICH GOT THE SAME RESULTS. WOULDN'T PLAY .I WAS AND STILL AM, TO SICK TO GO OUTSIDE,TO RETURN THE * MOVIES ,FIRST MOVIE -FALLOUT , SECOND MOVIE- EQUALIZER TWO . I WILL RETURN BOTH MOVIES TOMORROW. CAN YOU PLEASE PUT THE MONEY I HAVE SPENT ON THESE TWO MOVIES , BACK ON MY DEBIT CARD , AS I AM A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER, AND HAVE HAD MANY MOVIES NOT PLAY ON MY BLUERAY PLAYER. YOU GUYS HAVE HELPED ME IN THE PAST. AND SINCE THE LAST *-* TIMES THIS HAPPENED TO ME , I SAID NOTHING TO YOU GUYS . SO OF COURSE YOU GUYS DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM. THAT IS OK , BECAUSE I CHOOSE NOT TO NOTIFY YOU. BUT THIS TIME I AM HOPING YOU CAN REIMBURSE MY DEBIT CARD , AS MY MONEY IS VERY SMALL AMOUNTS, RIGHT NOW , I HAVE MISSED SO MUCH WORK LATELY ,BEING SICK. IF POSSIBLE PLEASE REIMBURSE MY DEBIT CARD ,FOR RENTING THESE TWO MOVIES ,AND FOR THE LATE FEES I HAVE RECEIVED,FOR THESE TWO MOVIES. THANK YOU SO MUCH !
