***********:** pm.**I arrived at the RedBox Kiosk B, at the Walgreens on College Ave. in Jackson Alabama *****. I rented the movies "Wonder" and "A Wrinklein Time", swiped my Debit card, put in the zip code, and proceeded to wait * hour for the movies to come out of the machine. The screen said the movies were in the way, but they never came out. I waited an hour, I didn't really have the time to spare, but I waited! I definitely don't want to be charged for something I never received, I called customer service and sat on hold for practically the entirety of this ordeal! I hope this can be resolved especially since I was charged for absolutely nothing! Thanks in advance for the resolve of this issue!**Paul Dungan
