My name is Magdalena Tabalno and the email I used at Rakuten is L*****@***.com I made a purchase at saks OFF fifth last May **,**** amounting to $*,***.**, I bpught jewelries from them and for some reason they cancelled my order without letting me know and I should have gotten *% cash back on that day MAY **. So I called them and I was told that I need to re order but the cashback is no longer *%. This is not fair.. I am a healthcare worker taking care of COVID patients and I purchased these items to reward myself of my hard work. Can you help me please? It's not my fault that my order was cancelled with no valid reason at all. I used my credit card and I have more than enough credit limit for the purchase that I've made. I told saks about it but they said that you're a *rd party already and they cannot help me.. makes me want to cry
