A person on Facebook claiming to be Hiroshi Mikitani from Rakuten tried to deceive me by offering a Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus Duos in exchange for $[redacted]. I grew suspicious and asked for more details, leading to the discovery that the provided address in Moscow actually belonged to a Medical Center, not Rakuten. This experience highlights the importance of vigilance against such fraud. Despite using my NY State credit card regularly for significant purchases, the problem persists. I attempted to contact the company twice but had to leave voicemails after lengthy hold times. I purchased a Razor E200 Electric Scooter, Part Number [redacted]0, with Order Number [redacted]-00 in the color TEAL. However, I received the scooter in the color RED instead of TEAL, as requested. I need to return the red scooter and exchange it for the correct color. I want to ensure there are no additional shipping charges for this exchange, as the mistake was on your end. I purchased eyeglass frames with the order number RA 7[redacted]-52 on March 1. Upon receipt, the item did not meet my expectations. I have returned the frames to Smart Buy Glasses using the provided return label, including my original order details from Rakuten, requesting a credit to my Visa card. A confirmed UPS tracking shows the delivery on March 21 at 10:01. Despite my communication with Smart Buy Glasses, they have no record of the return or knowledge of Rakuten. I've been attempting to contact Rakuten via email and finally communicated with Tristan P. I explained my ongoing concern regarding not receiving my cash back rewards for numerous months. After reaching out, they informed me that I had earned a mere 32 cents and subsequently ceased responding to my emails. This experience has left me incredibly frustrated with the company. Rakuten's advertisements promise cash back rewards, but the reality has not aligned with their claims, making me feel deceived. Receiving such a trivial amount as 32 cents felt like an insult. The effort I've spent trying to resolve this issue has been exhausting, and if my concerns are not addressed promptly and accurately, I will consider exploring alternative cash back services. Furthermore, I feel compelled to caution my friends and family to prevent them from encountering similar challenges with this company.

A withdrawal of 47 euros was reported to me at 6:36 pm by [redacted] on October 16, [redacted]. The company had offered me a free 15-day trial at 4:32 pm on the same day to send me a copy of "Shylock de Vigny" ordered from them. However, the book, advertised at 6.50 euros plus 3.49 euros for shipping via Fuz Pay on October 16, is now out of stock and missing from my order list. Kindly arrange for a refund of this amount to my card if Fuz Pay declines, or I will consider taking legal action. I recently received an email from Rakuten that falsely claimed I had $10.00 and needed to choose a payment method. After logging in and undergoing a password change, my account balance was actually zero. This deceptive email is concerning since I hadn't accessed my account in years. I now wish to close my account due to the lack of trust in the company. However, I can't locate the option to delete my account on the website. I've been waiting on hold with customer service for over fourteen minutes for assistance.

I recently returned a pair of boots purchased from ShoeSmart through Rakuten. Despite tracking confirming the return via UPS, I have not received any communication after sending multiple emails to Rakuten. I made a purchase with Walmart via Rakuten, and the amount was debited from my bank account under the name Rakuten. However, I have not received any communication from Walmart regarding my order. I am completely bewildered. Where is my order? Additionally, I made a purchase on Amazon through Rakuten but did not receive any cash back. The entire process is extremely confusing. I have decided not to use Rakuten in the future, and I will inform my friends that I am very dissatisfied.

I recently joined Rakuten and tried to order from Target. The item's price increased during the week, so I contacted Target to place the order through Rakuten. The customer service representative seemed unfamiliar with Rakuten. I'm confused about the $10 back on my first order mentioned in the email. Hello, I recently joined Rakuten and had a successful referral resulting in a $25 cash back balance. However, upon checking my account, the $25 is no longer there. Additionally, other cash back rewards, such as the one from my Samsung purchase made two weeks ago, are also missing. I encountered an issue with Kohl's where they refunded my credit card three times for an online purchase, leading me to make the purchase in-store. How can I ensure I receive cash back for in-store purchases as well? I appreciate any assistance you can provide. I bought a vacation package via Orbitz (Order # [redacted][redacted]) with a promised 12% cash back offer. However, after completing the purchase, the cash back was reduced to 5%. I later noticed that Orbitz is now offering the 12% cash back again. I opted for Rakuten's offer over Costco Travel due to the cash back incentive. I placed an order on Dec 14 with a total amount of $64.50. The order number is 2[redacted]-1[redacted]. I have not received the credit from Rakuten yet. Although I got an email stating that my order was almost complete, I am sure that I placed it because it has already been shipped. This situation is similar to a previous issue I had with a Gap order a few weeks back. A couple of years ago, I registered with a different email address that is no longer in use. I have some cashback owed to me, but I can't access it because the system won't allow me to update my email. The instructions for changing my email address are being sent to the old email account that I cannot access. I'm unable to follow the steps to switch my email within my account. I sincerely need assistance to update my email so I can claim my cashback. The emails are consistently being sent to the incorrect address, and I have no means of retrieving them. Without access to the correct email, I am stuck in this situation.

On December 2nd, I purchased two Samsung cell phones from Rakuten/Samsung. My order number with Samsung is D1CNE4W0D5, and the Rakuten Shopping Trip number is [redacted]. Despite providing Rakuten with a copy of my invoice, they informed me that Samsung has not confirmed the order. Rakuten mentioned it could take 10 to 45 days to resolve this delay. I need to return the phone by December 21, [redacted] for a trade-in. Samsung insists that the issue lies with Rakuten. I am seeking clarification from Rakuten about the cashback issuance, as I have supplied them with the Samsung order number and invoice.

Hello, as indicated below, this product has been rejected three times by your services despite being a legal Zone 1 DVD (photo provided) and not a copy as subtly implied in your email. It is a Zone 1 DVD in English with English subtitles. "Man in the Middle" is the Zone 1 edition of "L'affaire Winston" with the same cover photo; only the original title is different. I have provided the cover but not the slipcase. Delivery costs 3.99 Euros. As a frequent DVD buyer from you for years, I am inclined to cancel my account permanently. It's up to you to decide. This is my third attempt on different platforms to address my concerns. I have various inquiries that I intended to submit separately, but I will list them all here in the hope of receiving answers. Firstly, I had about $40 in rebates on my old phone before I lost it. Could you please inform me about the status of this rebate? Secondly, after receiving my new phone, I reinstalled your app. During this time, I made purchases from Chewy, Amazon, Burpee, among others. What is the timeframe within which I can claim rebates for these purchases, and what is the process to do so? Unfortunately, I cannot recall my remaining questions at the moment, but I will follow up once they come to mind.

Hello, I made changes on my online store. I removed free shipping and now wish to add shipping costs. I have received several tables which have left me completely confused. I contacted your customer service via email but have not received any assistance yet. My site is currently on vacation due to the modifications being made. I asked for the shipping costs to be added on my behalf (as the tables are like Chinese to me!!!) following Rakuten's standards. Despite my follow-ups, I have not been able to obtain satisfaction. Malheureusement, sur votre site, la demande de rétractation est automatiquement traitée comme une réclamation, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Le vendeur, que j'ai réussi à contacter, est de bonne foi. Il est d'accord pour annuler la commande, mais je ne parviens pas à vous joindre, même par téléphone. Après une attente prévue de 10 minutes, j'ai attendu 33 minutes et 27 secondes sans succès. Bonjour, j'ai tenté en vain de contacter le service client de Rakuten depuis plusieurs jours. Mes e-mails restent sans réponse et lorsque je reçois enfin une réponse, ma réclamation est refusée. J'ai rencontré un problème avec une commande annulée par le vendeur en raison de délais de livraison trop longs. Cela a laissé ma commande en suspens et je souhaite maintenant acheter le produit chez un autre vendeur, mais j'ai besoin d'aide d'un conseiller client pour savoir comment procéder. Je suis extrêmement déçu du service client de Rakuten. C'est ma première expérience d'achat sur votre site et en une journée, j'ai dépensé [redacted]€. C'est regrettable de voir comment vous traitez vos clients. Je doute fort de faire de futurs achats sur votre site, et je ne le recommanderai certainement pas.
